1. Introduction

Aiden Stats Tracker ("the App") is a basketball statistics tracking application developed by Mander Inc. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information when you use our App.

By using Aiden Stats Tracker, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Account Information

• Email address — used for authentication and account recovery
• Display name — used to personalize your profile and identify you to users you share stats with
• Authentication provider ID — Google Sign-In or Apple Sign-In credential token (managed by Firebase Authentication)

2.2 User-Generated Content

• Game statistics — points, rebounds, assists, steals, blocks, turnovers, fouls, shooting percentages
• Player profiles — player names and team associations
• Season definitions — custom season names and date ranges
• Team names — teams associated with your games

2.3 Device & Technical Information

• FCM token — a device-specific token used to deliver push notifications. Removed upon sign-out
• Device type and OS version — collected by Firebase as part of standard SDK operation

2.4 Information We Do NOT Collect

3. How We Use Your Information

Game statistics	Season summaries, per-game averages, personal bests, shooting splits
Player profiles & seasons	Organizing and filtering statistics
FCM token	Push notifications for live game updates

We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or sale to third parties.

4. Data Storage & Security

• Cloud storage: Google Cloud Firestore (Firebase), hosted in the United States
• Local storage: Isar database on your device for offline access
• Encryption in transit: All communication uses HTTPS/TLS
• Encryption at rest: Firestore uses AES-256 encryption
• Access control: Firestore Security Rules isolate each user's data under their authenticated user ID
• App integrity: Firebase App Check (Play Integrity on Android, App Attest on iOS)

5. Data Sharing

You may choose to share your game statistics with other users via the App's "Share Stats" feature. You control which players and games are shared and can revoke access at any time.

We use Firebase services (Authentication, Firestore, Cloud Messaging, App Check, Remote Config) provided by Google LLC. See Google's Privacy Policy.

We do not share data with advertisers, data brokers, or any other third parties.

6. Data Retention & Deletion

Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account and all associated data directly within the app by navigating to Settings → Delete Account. This permanently removes your games, player profiles, seasons, shared stats, and authentication record.

You may also request deletion by contacting jgmander@gmail.com. Email deletion requests are processed within 30 days.

7. Children's Privacy

Aiden Stats Tracker is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact jgmander@gmail.com and we will promptly delete the data.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data. To exercise any rights, contact jgmander@gmail.com.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
